What to expect:
20-minute sessions designed to easily fit into the workday. Sessions are customized based on common adaptation strategies—autonomic nervous system responses when we’re faced with stress or uncertainty. Also known as a stress response (e.g., flight, flight, freeze, appease), they are reactive and can hinder our ability to access higher brain functioning. These sessions help participants recognize their personal stress response patterns and apply targeted techniques to regain clarity, energy, and balance.
